BREATHWORK
At its core, Breathwork Transformation is a circular breathing technique where inhalations flow seamlessly into exhalations without any pauses. When practiced continuously for an hour or more, this rhythmic breathing can lead to non-ordinary states of consciousness. These states often unlock deeply personal experiences of healing and transformation.
Historically, similar breathing practices have appeared in cultures worldwide, attesting to its universality. Today, variations of this practice are gaining recognition as powerful tools for personal growth and recovery.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork could refer to any conscious breathing practice including pranayama from yoga, mindful breathing, tai chi, and qi gong. There is a specific technique, however, that has been called Breathwork and that is Conscious Connected Breathwork. The core technique is said to have been around for many years and found across many different cultures, under different names. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a circular breath technique, meaning the inhalations are followed immediately by the exhalations without any pause. When maintained for upwards of an hour, Conscious Connected Breathwork brings on non-ordinary states of consciousness and can lead to profound experiences of healing.
Juliette’s Journey
Juliette was introduced to working with the breath when she first tried yoga in 1996. Initially she was simply invited to bring her awareness on to her breath. Following this she was asked to breathe into the full capacity of her lungs, relaxing her belly and exhaling fully. Later on in different yoga classes she learned about and practiced other ‘pranayama’ breathing techniques. As her practice progressed she started seeing more and more benefits and experiencing altered states of consciousness more regularly.
As a skilled facilitator, Juliette has guided countless clients on their own paths of self-discovery and transformation. Her own path has encompassed a rich tapestry of practices, including yoga, pranayama, and various forms of circular breathing. With a deep connection to the breath, Juliette has experienced everything from the heights of ecstatic, orgasmic states to the release of deep-seated traumas. These diverse and powerful experiences have shaped her understanding of the breath as a tool for healing, empowerment, and connection to life’s fullest potential. She has been on a profound journey of self-exploration and transformation for nearly 20 years now.
BREATHWORK TRANSFORMATION
Breathwork Transformation was created by Dr. Itai Ivtzan. A technique combining Circular Breathing + Mindfulness. Just lay down, close your eyes, and follow the guidance of your Breathwork leader Juliette Noske. There is nothing else you can do in 60 minutes that will provide you with this level of transformation.
Breathwork Transformation is the most powerful Breathing & Mindfulness technique you will ever experience. It is a therapeutic breathing practice that changes your state of consciousness, releases your stress and negative emotions, and provides you with a feeling of peace, love, and euphoria.
